YOGA, UNDERSTOOD AS A PHILOSOPHY AND SPIRITUAL PRACTICE, HAS ALWAYS BEEN TAUGHT INDIVIDUALLY. THE TEACHER “TAKES CHARGE” OF THE STUDENT, GUIDING HIM OR HER, ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS, ALONG A PATH OF PSYCHOPHYSICAL WELL-BEING.
One-to-one lessons are therefore not just a variation of group lessons, but a journey towards the student’s wellbeing.
The class is developed precisely on the basis of individual characteristics and needs, who will benefit on several levels, (physical, emotional and psychological), the regenerating action that Yoga is able to exert on each;
The teacher’s focus is on the student, in a context that allows the best intervention on the body and postural level, favoring the dissolution of blocks and tensions;
Dialogue and confrontation with the teacher can be developed freely and openly, in ways that are not compatible with a group context, in which no one can be the centre of attention, as happens during a one-to-one session;
The teacher takes care of your wellbeing, gradually developing practices that you can carry out independently as well;
The time and days of One-to-One Yoga lessons are agreed on a case-by-case basis according to your needs.

A series of 7 classes, which will take you on a journey of discovery of your respiratory system and the many benefits of the fluid and conscious breathing.
You will learn the Athenas, a set of yoga postures designed to stimulate and help expand your breathing capacity. You will learn about diaphragmatic, thoracic, clavicular and circular breathing and pranayama; kumbhaka and bandha; how to direct the prana (vital energy) in your body through specific Pranayama and krya exercises. Recommended before starting the ” Hormonal Yoga’s Classes”
7 LESSONS OF 1H15 – ONE CLASS PER WEEK (ONLINE, AT YOUR HOME*, AT THE YOGA STUDIO)
Seven Yoga and Breathing (Anukalana Yoga style)’s classes, to learn the basics of the practice. You will learn to move to the rhythm of the breath, while studying the sequences (of positions) best suited to your anatomy, your sport level and your state of health. You will learn to recite Pranava AUM with its mudras, after learning to develop your diaphragmatic, thoracic and clavicular breathing. At the end of the 7 meetings you will receive your sadhana, a personalized Anukalana Yoga sequence to practice at home so to progress independently along your Yoga path. This package is also preparatory for the weekly group classes.
7 ONLINE MEETINGS OF 1H30 (ONLINE, AT YOUR HOME*, AT THE YOGA STUDIO)
This course is designed to guide all women who wish to learn the basics of the Hormonal Yoga sequence, Dinah Rodrigues method.
The course is available individually or in groups of a maximum of 5 women. Hormonal Yoga was created to help women and their delicate state of health. The creator is Dinah Rodrigues, a yoga teacher and psychologist who, inspired by some specific techniques of Hatha and Tantra Yoga, has created a unique therapeutic sequence dedicated to rebalancing the hormonal and neurological system of women. Thanks to the constant practice of the Hormonal Yoga sequence, many women have found relief, and in some cases, resolution, to various symptoms related to menopause, menstrual cycle, fibroids, polyps, osteoporosis, endometriosis.

A 7 classes program to discover the main asanas (yoga positions) and kryas dedicated to the spine’s health. A straight and flexible spine helps us to have a better life quality level. Our emotions as well are associated with the spine’s well-being: according to Yoga philosophy, the spine is considered the channel through which subtle energies pass and which connects the chakras, the energy centres of Yoga. At the end of the 7 sessions you will receive your sadhana, a personalised sequence of asanas to help you progress towards well-being.

The Sound Healing technique is a powerful ritual of healing, self-knowledge and growth on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. With Sound Healing, you set in motion profound changes, dissolving blockages and old wounds, emotional memories, improving and, in some cases, resolving health problems.
You will learn how to recite Bija Mantras, where and how to imprint the sounds on our body following the sacred geometry of the Shri Chakra.
The Sound Healing ritual can be practiced directly on oneself; we become the sacred temple that contains our soul by worshipping our body.

Yoga for seniors is an activity that restores vigor, flexibility, mobility and above all helps to improve the quality of life for the over 60s and 70s. Yoga for seniors is developed around breath control and a mix of gentle and graduated movements. Contrary to common thinking, a simple and slow discipline like yoga is perfect for seniors, who need to keep moving ( even if only for a few hours a week), and it is also a great time for cohesion and socialization.
Yoga for seniors is a valuable aid for chronic pain related to arthritis, osteoporosis, and the progressive stiffness and deformation of the spine. It helps cardiovascular activity, posture, muscle and joint flexibility. In addition, the relaxing functions of yoga helps freeing the mind and removing the everyday stress, anxiety and depression.
Yoga for seniors is a perfect discipline to cheer up heart and mind: through a series of slow exercises and controlled breathing the heart rate is kept low; mood and sleep improve. What is ‘Yoga Therapy’ or ‘Yoga Cikitsā’?

According to the philosophy of yoga, the human being is a system made of different dimensions (body, breath, mind, intellect and emotions) in constant interaction with each other.
When all dimensions are harmoniously integrated and balanced, the individual is in a ‘State of Yoga’. Yoga therapy is therefore the process of enabling individuals to progress towards greater health and well-being through the use of yoga.
Yoga has been included in the ‘mind-body techniques’ and is now considered a therapeutic technique that complements, but does not replace, medical-pharmacological therapies.
